This garden, made up of 13 plots separated by paved paths, is cultivated without tillage, without digging (only the grelinette is used for sowing). In late summer, leaves and grass clippings are spread out and, in the following spring, seedlings or plantations are directly mulched. Vegetables and flowers provide the raw materials for the peasant table where guests can discuss how to “grow a soil”.
Area: 1,500 m²
In the heart of the garden DRAC/ CID - SB. We are here at the vegetable garden. Vegetables are installed in the beds that are fully mulched. A red rose brings a touch of colour.
