We welcome you from 10am for the monthly open door of our association and garden! Pruning, weeding, harvesting, crafts, knowledge exchange are on the agenda. A full afternoon to dive into the Pyrenean traditions, to discover the 7 plants associated with the summer solstice. We will see together the methods of harvest and preparation, in order to learn to perpetuate this knowledge that has been transmitted for hundreds of years. You leave with detailed explanatory sheets of all the plants we have seen, ready and ready to pick them for the solstice!
