Protective garden and orchard compound(made up) of old(former) many varieties of vegetables, curative, aromatic plants and tinctoriales; as well as a hundred of fruiterers' old(former) varieties, of which a collection of seventy apple trees of the Pyrenean massif and of the region, and of a fruit hedge(hurdle) of 150 shrubs compound(made up) of 32 different sorts(species). The set(group) is cultivated according to techniques of preservation of the ground and of the agroforestry.
