Name of the exhibition greenhouse named after Aimé Bonpland by the Mayor of La Rochelle.
Aimé Bonpland, botanist, explorer born in 1773 in La Rochelle and died in 1858 in Paso de los Libres, Argentina.
Visit the "Aimé Bonpland exhibition greenhouse" and discover:
- exotic plants highlighted in the various themed decorations.
- the exhibition "In the footsteps of Aimé Bonpland, botanist and explorer".
You can walk in the greenhouses to exchange with the gardeners on their know-how, discover the green plants, vivances, shrubs and plants with massifs.

Several animations are proposed: - Workshops: floral art, sowing, cutting, potting, permaculture garden, perennials.
- Guided tours: production greenhouse, pollinarium.

- Associations: The plantain jardin and Jardinot will be present to tell you about "living our passion for gardening", advice, information...
- The Bonsai Association of Rochelais will present trees from their personal collections and will answer your questions about club activities and bonsai art.
