Workshop for children 6-10 years – Plants and 5 senses in the heart of the Abbey of the Trinity After a discovery of plants around the 5 senses, the children will realize an illustrated map full of spices of their choice. Workshop designed by the heritage department of Vendôme, supervised by two guides lecturers of Vendôme city of art and history. Duration 1h30

In the former Benedictine Abbey of the Holy Trinity, the courtyard garden of the cloister is structured in four squares delimited by planters planted with chamomile, cabbage, poppy, blueberry, thyme and oregano. The drawing of these boxes forms a cross, recalling the spiritual function of the place near the abbey church, with in its center, a fig tree, and yews in pots, placed at the four corners. The courtyard serves as a setting, in summer, for occasional events.
