Sylvia’s culinary workshop will take you to the kitchens of antiquity. You will be immersed in the smells of exotic and Mediterranean cuisines and surprised by the textures of the preparations: patinae, minutales… Learn to combine spices, spices and other condiments that enchanted the palaces of the Gallo-Romans. Continuous workshop, led by Sylvie Campech of the Culinary Talks.
