- Ehemaliges Arboretum aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, in dem wir eine Paulownia mit blauen Blüten bewahren, ein Symbol der Widerstandsfähigkeit. Es ist einer der beiden letzten Zeugen des bepflanzten Erbes mit dem Magnolia Grandiflora, das als "Bemerkenswerter Baum Frankreichs" bezeichnet wird. Letzterer befindet sich in den Terrassengärten. Die Kuriositäten über die Geschichte des Geländes aufklären, das Umschlagen des Grundstücks von der Guinguette aus, vom Vergnügungspark zum Industriegelände, dann brachliegen, um endlich wieder Luft zu holen und wieder üppig zu werden.
- Die Kolonie von 21 Riesen aus patiniertem Beton von Pschéma Karolak, Fotos und eine Sammlung übertriebener Geschichten bei Begegnungen mit Gärtnern in Casamaures-Blau in den Gärten.

- Old arboretum of the 19th where we save a Paulownia of blue flowers, symbol of resilience. It is one of the last two witnesses of the arboreal heritage with the Magnolia Grandiflora, labeled "Remarkable Tree of France". The latter is found in the suspended gardens on the terrace. - Antico arboreto del XIX secolo, dove si conserva una paulownia di fiori blu, simbolo di resilienza. È uno degli ultimi due testimoni del patrimonio arboreo con la Magnolia Grandiflora, etichettata come "Albero notevole di Francia". Quest'ultimo si trova nei giardini sospesi in terrazza. Risvegliare le curiosità sulla storia del sito, il consolidamento del terreno dalla Guinguette, passando da giardino ricreativo a sito industriale, poi in brina per riprendere fiato e tornare rigoglioso.

Ancien arboretum du 19e où nous sauvegardons un Paulownia de fleurs bleues, symbole de résilience. Il est l'un des deux derniers témoins du patrimoine arboré avec le Magnolia Grandiflora, labélisé "Arbre remarquable de France ". Ce dernier se trouve quant à lui dans les jardins suspendus en terrasse. Eveiller les curiosités sur l'histoire du site, le remembrement du terrain depuis la Guinguette, en passant de jardin de plaisance, à site industriel, puis friche pour reprendre enfin un souffle et redevenir luxuriant.

Es uno de los dos últimos testigos del patrimonio arbóreo con la Magnolia Grandiflora, etiquetada como "Árbol notable de Francia". Este último se encuentra en los jardines suspendidos en las terrazas. Descubrir curiosidades sobre la historia del lugar, el empañamiento del terreno desde la Guinguette, pasando de un jardín recreativo a un sitio industrial, luego se desbrota para finalmente recuperar el aliento y volver a ser exuberante.
