Within the walls of the old feudal castle, part of the terraces was converted by the post-impressionist painter Henri Le Sidaner at the beginning of the 20th century into a hanging garden visible from the ramparts. It offers a composition of gardens and groves on several levels (white garden, rose garden, yellow and blue garden, temple of love, summer studio of the painter).
