Surrounded by a Creole garden and a cassava plantation, the house of Germaine welcomes you in a reserved space to witness the cooking of kassav made on site and cooked on huge turntables (boilers) 200 years old .
You can taste different kassavs, sweet, salty, and buy homemade products.
