The medicinal garden, created in 1978 and expanded in 1994, is part of the Murat house, the seat of the Marie-Galante Ecomuseum. It allows to discover a large part of the pharmacopoeia of the island, used by the population until the middle of the twentieth century. Its particular classification corresponds to that traditionally used on the island.
