Nature in town in the city(estate) - gardens of Champigny-sur-Marne
Architectural concept come from England at the beginning of the XXth century, planned towns develop in parallel from the common(current) hygienist. Conceived(Designed) as autonomous entities, they include(comprise) collective and individual housing environments, utility, green areas and individual gardens, closed and courtyards, favouring the quality of life and the social mix.
In Champigny, the city(estate) - gardens is built between 1929 and 1949. The quality in the choice(selection) of materials, the diversity of forms and of volumes make a remarkable set(group) in Ile-de-France.
