For the artist Tura Jursa from Nordhausen, artistic activities such as painting, drawing and making music are her favourite hobbies. She discovered the natural material wood for herself and began autodidactically with its processing and artistic design. The direction of growth and grain of the wood of oak, ash, larch and other native woods provide inspiration for the content and execution of the 3D wood paintings or sculpture. This is how unique, unsaleable unique pieces were and are created.
