As part of the National Days of Architecture carried by the Ministry of Culture, & as part of the operation "Sport, a living and shared heritage in the Pays de la Loire" carried by the DRAC & DRAJES of the Pays de la Loire, The CAUE de la Mayenne organizes visits to sports equipment installed on its territory.
During the visit of the Francis Le Basser Stadium, exceptionally animated by Baptiste Cronier - General Operational Director, young citizens of Laval will have the opportunity to (Re)discover this emblematic equipment, by an indoor and outdoor route of the historic grandstand (from the bleachers to the dressing rooms, via the boxes), as well as the field itself, a meeting place between athletes.
The CAUE will transmit to students the concepts of:

• Program (uses – users – needs)
• Transformation-evolution of the built environment and past and future urban changes
• Architectural reference book of remarkable sports works
• Architect’s job
