Die städtische Erneuerung des Viertels geht nach mehreren Jahren der Sanierung von Mietwohnungen in eine neue Phase über. Tatsächlich hat die Gestaltung der Außenräume begonnen, wobei sanfte Durchführungen, Vegetation und Spiele im Vordergrund stehen. Und die Operation "Kalon" (ARCAU-Workshop) steht kurz vor dem Abschluss; Diese Residenz mit 41 Wohnungen, Geschäften und einem zukünftigen Reihenhaus, das um ihren Vorplatz angeordnet ist, soll die Verbindung zwischen dem Viertel und der Stadt bilden.
