An eco-district is an urban development project that respects the principles of sustainable development while adapting to the characteristics of its territory. That of Marshal Juin is the first of its kind in Saint-Quentin and a unique example in the department of Aisne. Located on a former industrial wasteland in the heart of the faubourg d'Isle, it meets several challenges in terms of construction, materials, uses but also land use that will be exposed to you during a guided tour.
