Das Projekt
Auf einem steilen Grundstück, das von einer geschwungenen Straße begrenzt wird, zielt dieses Projekt darauf ab, mehrere hochwertige Wohnungen zu schaffen, die mit der umgebenden städtischen Morphologie in Einklang stehen. Das bestehende Haus wird erhalten, während sein abgenutzter hinterer Anbau abgerissen wird, um den Kern des Grundstücks freizumachen und seine Begrünung zu verstärken. Drei Häuser von vergleichbarem Volumen stellen so die gebaute Front wieder her, ihre Lage und ihre Höhen variieren, um der Topographie und der Kurve der Straße zu entsprechen. Die neuen Gebäude kombinieren Fundament und Betonplatten, Holzrahmen, biobasierte Isolierung und Putz unter Zinkdächern. Der Bauherr, ein professioneller Verschönerer, legte besonderen Wert auf die Fassaden, zwischen traditionellen Techniken für das Bestehende und texturierten Puffern mit modernerem Ausdruck für neue Häuser, indem er einen Dialog zwischen Alt und Neu einleitete und dabei eine homogene Gestaltung beibehielt. Das Architekturbüro
Baka Architectes wurde 2019 von Anne-Lucie Baumann, HMONP-Architektin, und Christophe Kalaydjian, HMONP-Architekt, gegründet. Absolventen der École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Versailles, die beide durch mehrere Reisen und einen Austausch am Kyoto Institute of Technology während ihres Masterstudiums von der japanischen Architektur beeinflusst wurden. Ihre kulturelle Mischung, die den Osten mit dem Westen verbindet, bereichert ihre Sicht auf die Architektur durch die Entwicklung neuer Arten zu leben, zu arbeiten und die Orte zu betrachten.
Baka Architectes arbeitet auf mehreren Projektebenen, vom intimen und familiären Wohnort bis zur Stadt-, Stadt- und Landschaftsebene. Die Agentur, die sich der Besonderheit historischer Gebäude und Gärten bewusst ist, arbeitet auch daran, dieses fragile und komplexe Erbe durch umfassende Studien zu erhalten.

The project
Located on a plot of land with uneven ground, bordered by a curved street, this project aims to create several quality homes in continuity with the surrounding urban morphology. The existing house is being preserved, while its dilapidated rear extension is being demolished to free up the heart of the plot and reinforce its vegetation. Three houses of comparable volumes thus recompose the built front, their layout and varying altitudes to match the topography and curve of the street. The new constructions combine foundations and concrete slabs, wood framing, bio-based insulation and coatings, under zinc roofs. The client, a professional rebuilder, took particular care with the facades, combining traditional techniques for the existing ones and textured plasters with a more contemporary expression for the new houses, establishing a dialogue between old and new while maintaining a homogeneous design. The architectural agency
Baka Architectes was created in 2019 by Anne-Lucie Baumann, an HMONP architect, and Christophe Kalaydjian, an HMONP architect, registered to the order. Graduates of the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture de Versailles, they are both influenced by Japanese architecture following several trips and an exchange at the Kyoto Institute of Technology during their master’s degree. Their cultural mix, mixing East and West, enriches their vision of architecture by developing new ways of living, working and apprehending places.
Baka Architects works on several scales of projects, from the intimate and family living space to the city, urban and territorial scale. Sensitive to the specificity of historic buildings and gardens, the agency also works to perpetuate this fragile and complex heritage by proposing in-depth studies.

Il progetto
Situato su un terreno con dislivello, costeggiato da una strada curva, questo progetto mira a creare diverse abitazioni di qualità in continuità con la morfologia urbana circostante. La casa esistente viene conservata, mentre il suo decadimento posteriore vetusto viene demolito per liberare il cuore della parcella e rafforzare la sua vegetazione. Tre case di volumi comparabili ricompongono così il fronte costruito, la loro ubicazione e le loro altitudini variano per adattarsi alla topografia e alla curva della strada. Le nuove costruzioni combinano fondazioni e lastre di calcestruzzo, ossatura in legno, isolamento biobased e intonacati, sotto tetti in zinco. Il committente, ravalatore di mestiere, ha prestato particolare attenzione alle facciate, tra tecniche tradizionali per quanto riguarda l'esistente e rivestimenti testurizzati con un'espressione più contemporanea per le nuove case, instaurando un dialogo tra vecchio e nuovo pur mantenendo una sagoma omogenea. L'agenzia di architettura
Baka Architectes è stata fondata nel 2019 da Anne-Lucie Baumann Architecte HMONP e Christophe Kalaydjian Architecte HMONP iscritti all'ordine. Laureati alla Scuola Nazionale Superiore di Architettura di Versailles, sono entrambi influenzati dall'architettura giapponese dopo diversi viaggi e uno scambio al Kyoto Institute of Technology durante il loro master. La loro mescolanza culturale, che unisce l'oriente all'occidente, arricchisce la loro visione dell'architettura sviluppando nuovi modi di vivere, lavorare e conoscere i luoghi.
Baka Architectes lavora su diversi livelli di progetti, dal luogo di vita intima e familiare fino alla scala della città, dell'urbano e del territorio. El proyecto
Situado en una parcela con desnivel, bordeada por una calle curva, este proyecto tiene como objetivo crear varias viviendas de calidad en continuidad con la morfología urbana circundante. La casa existente se conserva, mientras que su extensión trasera vetusta es demolida para liberar el corazón de la parcela y reforzar su vegetación. Tres casas de volúmenes comparables recomponen así el frente construido, su implantación y sus altitudes varían para adaptarse a la topografía y a la curva de la calle. Las nuevas construcciones combinan cimientos y losas de hormigón, estructura de madera, aislamiento biobasado y revestimientos, bajo cubiertas de zinc. El maestro de obras, arquitecto de oficio, prestó especial atención a las fachadas, entre técnicas tradicionales para lo existente y revestimientos texturados con una expresión más contemporánea para las casas nuevas, instaurando un diálogo entre lo antiguo y lo nuevo sin por ello dejar de mantener un diseño homogéneo. La agencia de arquitectura
Baka Architectes fue creada en 2019 por Anne-Lucie Baumann Architecte HMONP y Christophe Kalaydjian Architecte HMONP inscritos en la orden. Graduados de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Arquitectura de Versalles, ambos están influenciados por la arquitectura japonesa tras varios viajes y un intercambio en el Instituto de Tecnología de Kyoto durante su maestría. Su mezcla cultural, mezclando el oriente con el occidente, enriquece su visión de la arquitectura al desarrollar nuevas formas de vivir, trabajar y entender los lugares.
Baka Architectes trabaja en varias escalas de proyectos, desde el lugar de vida íntima y familiar hasta la escala de la ciudad, del urbano y del territorio. Sensible a la especificidad de los edificios y jardines históricos, la agencia trabaja también para la perpetuación de este patrimonio frágil y complejo proponiendo estudios detallados.
