Anlässlich der nationalen Architekturtage 2026, die unter dem Thema "Renovieren: Die Zukunft aufbauen" stattfinden, öffnen Ihnen die Teams von Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) der ADP-Gruppe ausnahmsweise die Türen des Belvédère de Paris-Orly.
Gedacht als ein echter Vorreiter für nachhaltiges Bauen, vereint dieser 3.500 m2 große Raum konkrete Lösungen zur Gestaltung der Flughafeninfrastruktur von morgen.
🌳 Eine zu 100 % hölzerne Struktur, leicht und für den bestehenden Bau geeignet, die insbesondere eine negative CO2-Bilanz im strukturellen Teil ermöglicht.
♻️ Nachhaltige und innovative Materialien: Holz, Dämmstoffe auf der Basis von Pflanzenfasern, recycelte und wiederverwertbare Materialien, geobasierte Verkleidungen... Das Projekt experimentiert mit neuen Wegen, um zu bauen und gleichzeitig den ökologischen Fußabdruck zu verringern.
🌱 Mehr Pflanzen und Biodiversität, mit mehreren Grünflächen auf dem Dach und Einrichtungen zur Verbesserung der Integration der Infrastruktur in die Umgebung.
☀️ Photovoltaische Doppelglas-Abdeckhauben, die es ermöglichen, kohlenstofffreie Energie zu erzeugen und gleichzeitig zum thermischen Komfort des Ortes beizutragen.
🏛Ein Erbe, das neues Leben erhält
Die Terrassen der Halle 4 von Orly, einst sehr beliebt bei den Besuchern für ihren außergewöhnlichen Blick auf die Pisten und den Eiffelturm, finden heute ein neues Leben.
Eine Sanierung, die den Dialog zwischen Kulturerbe, zeitgenössischer Architektur und Umweltaspekten ermöglicht.

On the occasion of the 2026 National Architecture Days, under the theme "Rehabilitate: building the future", the Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) teams from Groupe ADP exceptionally open the doors of the Paris-Orly Belvedere.
Designed as a true demonstrator of sustainable construction, this 3,500 m2 space brings together concrete solutions to imagine the airport infrastructure of tomorrow.
🌳 A 100% wood structure, lightweight and adapted to existing construction, notably allowing for a negative carbon footprint on the structural part.
♻️ Sustainable and innovative materials: wood, insulation made from plant fibres, recycled and recyclable materials, geosourced siding... The project is experimenting with new ways of building while reducing the environmental footprint.
🌱 More vegetation and biodiversity, with several green spaces on the roof and facilities designed to improve the integration of the infrastructure into its environment.
☀️ Bi-glass photovoltaic canopies that produce decarbonized energy while contributing to the thermal comfort of the place.
🏛️ A heritage that finds new life
The terraces of Hall 4 d'Orly, once very popular with visitors for their exceptional view of the slopes and the Eiffel Tower, are now finding a new life.
A rehabilitation that brings together heritage, contemporary architecture and environmental issues.

In occasione delle Giornate nazionali dell'architettura 2026, con il tema "Riabilitare: costruire il futuro", i team di Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) del Gruppo ADP vi aprono eccezionalmente le porte del Belvédère de Paris-Orly.
Pensato come un vero dimostratore dell'edilizia sostenibile, questo spazio di 3.500 m2 raccoglie soluzioni concrete per immaginare le infrastrutture aeroportuali del futuro.
🌳 Una struttura al 100% in legno, leggera e adatta alla costruzione su esistente, che consente in particolare di ottenere un bilancio del carbonio negativo sulla parte strutturale.
♻️ Materiali sostenibili e innovativi: legno, isolanti a base di fibre vegetali, materiali riciclati e riciclabili, rivestimenti geograficamente basati... Il progetto sta sperimentando nuovi modi di costruire riducendo al contempo l'impronta ambientale.
🌱 Più vegetazione e biodiversità, con diverse aree verdi sul tetto e strutture progettate per migliorare l'integrazione delle infrastrutture nel loro ambiente.
☀️ Ombrelle fotovoltaiche bivetrate che permettono di produrre energia decarbonizzata contribuendo al comfort termico del luogo.

À l’occasion des Journées nationales de l’architecture 2026, placées sous le thème « Réhabiliter : bâtir l’avenir », les équipes d’Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) du Groupe ADP vous ouvrent exceptionnellement les portes du Belvédère de Paris-Orly.
Pensé comme un véritable démonstrateur de la construction durable, cet espace de 3 500 m ² rassemble des solutions concrètes pour imaginer les infrastructures aéroportuaires de demain.
🌳 Une structure 100 % bois, légère et adaptée à la construction sur existant, permettant notamment d’obtenir un bilan carbone négatif sur la partie structurelle.
♻️ Des matériaux durables et innovants : bois, isolants à base de fibres végétales, matériaux recyclés et recyclables, parements géosourcés… Le projet expérimente de nouvelles façons de construire tout en réduisant l’empreinte environnementale.
🌱 Davantage de végétal et de biodiversité, avec plusieurs espaces verts en toiture et des aménagements pensés pour améliorer l’intégration de l’infrastructure dans son environnement.
☀️ Des ombrières photovoltaïques bi-verres qui permettent de produire une énergie décarbonée tout en contribuant au confort thermique du lieu.

Con motivo de las Jornadas nacionales de arquitectura 2026, organizadas bajo el lema «Rehabilitar: construir el futuro», los equipos de Engineering & Capital Projects (ECP) del Grupo ADP le abren excepcionalmente las puertas del Belvédère de París-Orly.
Pensado como un verdadero demostrador de la construcción sostenible, este espacio de 3.500 m2 reúne soluciones concretas para imaginar las infraestructuras aeroportuarias del futuro.
🌳 Una estructura 100% madera, ligera y adaptada a la construcción sobre el existente, permitiendo en particular obtener un balance de carbono negativo en la parte estructural.
♻️ Materiales sostenibles e innovadores: madera, aislantes a base de fibras vegetales, materiales reciclados y reciclables, revestimientos geosourceados... El proyecto está experimentando con nuevas formas de construir reduciendo al mismo tiempo la huella ambiental.
🌱 Más vegetación y biodiversidad, con varios espacios verdes en la azotea y acondicionamientos pensados para mejorar la integración de la infraestructura en su entorno.
☀️ Cubiertas fotovoltaicas de doble vidrio que permiten producir energía descarbonizada y contribuyen al confort térmico del lugar.
