Built around works by William Turner (1775-1851) and his British contemporaries (John Robert Cozens, Francis Towne, Thomas Jones...), this exhibition explores how travel, particularly in France and Italy under the angle of the "Grand Tour", revolutionized landscape art.
Around the exhibition: Guided tours, flash visits, workshop visits, on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Additional sessions during the week during the school holidays.

Autour de l'exposition : Visites guidées, visites flash, visites ateliers, les mercredis, samedis et dimanches. Séances supplémentaires en semaine pendant les vacances scolaires.

Deze tentoonstelling is gebouwd rond werken van William Turner (1775-1851) en zijn Britse tijdgenoten (John Robert Cozens, Francis Towne, Thomas Jones…) en verkent hoe reizen, met name in Frankrijk en Italië vanuit het perspectief van de "Grand Tour", een revolutie teweeg bracht in de landschapskunst
Rond de tentoonstelling: Rondleidingen, flash tours, workshops, woensdag, zaterdag en zondag. Extra sessies op weekdagen tijdens schoolvakanties.
