From the Pont aux Lions to Place Lamartine, from the river port to the railway station, discover how the developments of the district echo its history and its environment. Hydraulic management, transport, shops... the architecture of southern Trébon has continued to change before unveiling its current face. The latter is still looking towards the Rhône and Avenue Stalingrad, the main artery of the district, once the only way to go into the north of the department. The visit will continue with the discovery of a mural by Jean Amado, a member of the group of ceramists from Aix in the fifties, who produced works throughout France. Discover one of the two remarkable creations he created in Arles. Delivered in 1966, this mural occupies a building built to house the city’s first supermarket, Au Lion d'Arles...
