Der ehemalige Standort der École de Management de Normandie, der in das Programm Réinventer le Havre aufgenommen wurde, ist Gegenstand einer umfangreichen Umschulung.
Das Projekt ist als verbindender Ort gedacht, der intergenerationelle Unterkünfte, ein Hotel, einen Gesundheitsbereich und Geschäfte integriert. Ein Reiseleiter schildert die Geschichte der Anlage, während Pierre Bernard, Direktor der Agentur SHEMA, dieses Projekt vorstellt, das darauf abzielt, die Attraktivität des neu erbauten Zentrums zu stärken und gleichzeitig den Bewohnern und Nutzern eine hohe Lebensqualität zu gewährleisten.

Part of the Reinventing Le Havre program, the former site of the Normandy School of Management has been the subject of a vast requalification project.
The project is designed as a unifying place integrating intergenerational housing, a hotel, a health center and shops. A guide-lecturer traces the history of the site while Pierre Bernard, director of the agency SHEMA presents this project which aims to strengthen the attractiveness of the rebuilt center while ensuring a quality of life for its users and inhabitants.
