Podeliha, in partnership with the CAUE of Maine-et-Loire, unveils the 8 architecture projects selected during its call for innovative projects "Archi'Défi". Then begins a new phase, the one where the 3 winning projects will take shape to replace 4 emergency cities of Angers.
Each project presented embodies a unique vision offering an innovative housing solution, more respectful of the environment and more human. Whether it is housing that promotes flexibility and scalability, the integration of sustainable materials or a skillful insertion into the existing urban landscape, these projects illustrate Podeliha’s vision for the housing of tomorrow…

Installed since 2005 in the former School of Aviation of Angers-Avrillé known as the Compagnie Française d'Aviation (CFA), the House of Architecture, Territories and Landscape was born of the initiative of the CAUE of Maine-and-Loire to create a place of information and advice on housing issues and quality of life.
