La Cour des Contes festival: “Of rage, dreams and bones”
Teen/adult show from 16 years old
A hand painted thousands of years ago beckons us. Have the words that accompanied the images of prehistory disappeared for good in the silence of the caves? Bernadète Bidaude pulls on the thread of our intimate and collective archaeologies. From the young archaeologist discovering a marvel of rock art to this woman placing the last stone on the body of her granddaughter 18,000 years ago, the stories overlap and respond to each other.
Chat at the end of the show with Jean-Loïc Le Quellec, prehistorian, researcher at the CNRS, specialist in cave art and myths. The aim is to shed light on the world of prehistoric artists, by answering the questions that the story will have raised. What do we know today about their lives? of their works? And also to answer the public's questions on the path of this creation at the intersection of two perspectives: scientific and artistic.
