In 2024, the museum presents the first exhibition dedicated to Louis Dage, an unknown ceramist who worked from 1935 to 1961 in the Faïencerie de l'Adour in Saint-Sever, after a career in the Paris region. Painted patterns, flows, cracks, inlays, superimpositions: its eclectic production, from the Art Nouveau trend to the post-war fantasy, through Art Deco and the reinterpretation of Samadet, is surprising. Through 160 pieces by Louis Dage, enriched with ceramics by great masters, the public is invited to discover an abundant work, imbued with artistic innovations of the first half of the twentieth century.
