In the 17th century, the table was more than just a piece of furniture. It is the beating heart of the space of life, sharing, reunion and ripailles that is home. Around it, the body and mind are nourished. It has a special dimension both in its functions and in its uses. As part of this exhibition, it is to invite the visitor to discover the arts of the table in rural areas in the seventeenth century. It also establishes a link between interior and exterior with the vegetable garden, where food was taken. The presence of taxidermized animals (fish, poultry, game, etc.) brings a playful and informative dimension.
