Saturday, May 18, on the occasion of the European Night of Museums 2024, the Ecole des Mines de Paris (Mines Paris - PSL) offers free admission to its Museum of Mineralogy.
The rest of the year, the museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Saturday (paid access - full price at 6€). For more information:

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the Museum opens its doors at 6:00 p.m. Last entrance possible at 11:00 p.m. (doors closed at 11:45 p.m.). Booking is advised to give you priority access to the museum:

The Museum of Mineralogy

For more than 200 years, preserved in the setting of the Hotel de Vendôme, the mineralogical collections of the Ecole des Mines de Paris are among the most complete and spectacular in the world. They contain some 100,000 samples including 5,000 presented in showcase: minerals, rocks, precious stones (including gems of the Jewels of the Crown of France), meteorites are exhibited in a gallery 70 meters long, priceless historical and heritage character.
