Built on the site of the former chapel of Notre-Dame du Puy, this church was started in 1779 and finished in 1780\. After 1791, the church was converted into a hayloft and later into a barracks. In the center of a bare facade develops the main motif framing the door that opened into a molded semicircular arch, falling on two equally molded bed bases. From the door itself, only a carved wooden transom bearing an oculus in the center remains. Above the arch develops a Doric entablement connected to the arch by a keystone to which are attached garlands lining the spandrels. The entablature is supported by a slight protrusion of the facade forming a pillar. Above the entablature opens a semi-circular bay with molded frame and key, flanked by two recessed framed windows.
