Located at an altitude of 700 metres in the village of Château-Lambert, the Musée départemental de la Montagne tells the story of the village community before the great changes brought about by the Great War. In an old farmhouse, four rooms have been reconstructed, with modest furnishings and rudimentary comforts, reminiscent of long winter evenings at the stove. Farming, forestry, woodworking and mining are also featured.
