The Adam Mickiewicz museum presents life and work of Adam Mickiewicz (1798-1855), most Polish romantic great poet. It was created by his son Władysław in 1903. Mickiewicz belongs to the Poles what Goethe belongs to the Germans: symbol of national identity and of cultural unity(unit). Political emigrant, pilgrim of freedom, he passed(spent,crossed) a lot of his life in Paris where he knotted(tied) famous friendships and declared brightly to the Collège de France. The Lounge(Show) Chopin is the only place in France devoted to the biggest(greatest) Polish compositor, Frederick Chopin (on 1810 - 1849). Guido Biazzi et Claude Kechichian, présente un choix des collections provenant du legs Boleslas Biegas (1877 – 1954), artiste sculpteur, peintre et auteur dramatique d’origine polonaise, lié au mouvement de la Sécession viennoise, qui depuis 1901 vécût à Paris entouré par des amis du milieu symboliste du cercle de « La Plume ».
