Thomas Gleb: I put the day at night

Exhibition(Exposure) presenting the works of Thomas Gleb.
Saturday 20 May 2017, 14:00Passed

Yehouda Chaim Kalman, who will become Thomas Gleb in 1932, is born in Łódź of weavers' Jewish family. Between Poland and France, its work - who(which) is of an extraordinary diversity of styles, of materials(subjects), in forms - crosses all XXth century with its tragedies but also its mooses(run-ups), its brotherhoods and its wonders. It is in his(its) art, in the spiritual magic of his(its) creation that he(it) scoops(draws) out strength to transform any wound into source(spring).
This exhibition(exposure) proposes an overview of its artistic route, of this insatiable collection(quest) of sign which leads it to put itself tuned to(listening) world, to singing(song) of its countless materials(subjects): wood, painting(cloth), paper, plaster or wool...
In cooperation with the association Centre Thomas Gleb.
