Toujours nous chérirons votre mémoire
At the end of the 1980s, the massacre of the largest animal the earth has ever borne reached its peak. In a long and beautiful poem, British actor Heathcote Williams begins to tell the story of the whales. Whale Nation celebrates their mischievousness, the subtlety of their song, their tender loves and their broad intelligence, but this rhapsody also shows the importance of their sacrifice in building our civilization. From Whale nation translated into French, Tom Tirabosco draws before our eyes great living and ephemeral frescoes with the rapper Jonas Brülhart, to the slam and Gabriel Scotti to the creation of a musical and sound envelope. Between theatrical performance and drawn concert, a tribute to the gentle queen of our oceans.
