The great fossil hunt is coming to the Museum of the History of Science!
To mark the release of the film Mary Anning: Fossil Hunter, a great fossil hunt is being organized. From October 20 to November 2, blocks of clay will be scattered around the Museum of the History of Science. If you find a block, break it open: it may contain a golden fossil!
Whoever finds the Golden Fossil will win a family weekend in Lyme Regis, the town where Mary Anning founded modern paleontology.

La grande chasse aux fossiles arrive au Musée d'histoire des sciences!
À l’occasion de la sortie du film, Mary Anning - chasseuse de fossiles, une grande chasse aux fossiles est organisée. Du 20 octobre au 2 novembre 2025, tu pourras gagner l’un des 20 blocs d’argile disponible à la réception du Musée d'histoire des sciences. Si tu obtiens un bloc, brise-le: il peut contenir un fossile d’or!
Celui ou celle qui trouvera le Fossile d’Or gagnera un week-end en famille à Lyme Regis, la ville où Mary Anning a fondé la paléontologie moderne.
