During these ciné-relaxes, we invite you to see a series of 4 animated films: Les petits singuliers
What are the films?
‘Les petits singuliers’ is a series of 4 animated films.
These 4 films talk about singularity through unique and captivating characters.
The animated films are based on drawings or puppets.
The films are either in French or without words.
This film screening is taking place as part of Out of the Box, the Inclusive Arts Biennial.

The 4 films are :

Laïka and Nemo by Jan Gadermann
Nemo is different.
He lives in the lighthouse of a seaside town.
He is the only one wearing a diving suit.
One day, he meets Laïka, an astronaut who looks just like him.

The Boy and the Elephant by Sonia Gerbeaud
In a classroom, the arrival of a new boy with an elephant's head triggers mockery and sarcasm.
However, one of the pupils seems captivated and disturbed by this new classmate.

À la bonne place! by Meinardas Valkevičius
Patrick lives in a hostel.
He hopes that one day a family will take him under its wing.
One by one, the other children end up being adopted by people who look like them, except him.
So Patrick waits and dreams of being sent off.

Au bonheur de Paolo by Thorsten Droessler and Manuel Schroeder.
Paolo is happy - because he can cry and beautiful flowers grow from his tears.
When the town's inhabitants discover this strange power, they want to pick Paolo's happiness.

How long does it last? 47 minutes.

What age do you need to be to see this film? You need to be at least 5 years old to see it.

How much does it cost?
You can come without booking.

Everyone is welcome during the relaxed films.
Everyone is for example:
parents with their babies,
elderly people,
people with disabilities,
people who are uncomfortable in closed public places.
How does a Relax outing work?
Before the film:
A person welcomes you and shows you the cinema.
A person gives you information about the film.
You enter the room.
The lights dim a little.
The film starts.
During the film :
The door of the room remains open: So you can enter and leave whenever you want.
The sounds of the show are soft.
All ways of reacting to the show are ok.
For example, you can laugh loudly.
Someone from the museum will be there if you need help.
At the end of the film you can :
Have a drink with your friends.
Talk about the show.
Visit the museum.
Ask for help to get home.
For example, to :
find out the bus and tram timetable of the TPG.
