As part of AG!R, the Museum's space dedicated to environmental self-defense, we offer:
The Oceaneye association proposes a workshop to establish a map of pollution of the seas by plastic waste. Each pair of children receives a sample from various regions of the world and has the mission to analyze them with a binocular to establish the local level of pollution. For each sample, we obtain a color: green (low pollution), orange (average pollution) or red (high pollution). A colored dot corresponding to the level established by the student is then plotted on a world map. Thanks to the children's work, we obtain a world map of plastic pollution.
