True library of biodiversity, the Geneva Botanic Garden herbarium is one of the most important in the world.
Constantly evolving, this collection is enriched each year with new specimens assembled by herbarium preparators using the same timeless techniques and methods as those employed when the first herbaria were created in the 16th century.

You can then go and create your own herbarium sheet at the "espace médiation" at the Geneva Botanic Garden.

Véritable bibliothèque de la biodiversité, l’herbier du Jardin Botanique de Genève est l’un des plus importants au monde.
