Marc Hurtado and his brother became known through their experimental-instrumental duo, Étant Donnés (reference to Marcel Duchamp) and had invited Alan Vega on the album Re-Up in 1999. They had also met on stage at the Centre Pompidou in Paris with Christophe (the singer) in 2004. Hurtado is at the base of the concept of New Electronic Music, having worked with Lydia LUNCH, Gabi Delgado (D.A.F) and Michael Gira (Swans), he could not fail to cross the path of Alan Vega and give birth to the infernal album "Sniper" published on the Sound of the Maquis in 2010.
Lydia Lunch crossed paths with Alan Vega and Martin Rev at the end of the 70s when she arrived in New York at the age of 16. She played with them on stage and on «Frankie Teardrop» by Suicide and she participated in the album "Sniper" by Alan Vega and Marc Hurtado in 2010. Insatiable, she worked with Nick Cave, William Burroughs or Virginie Despentes risking their lives dozens of times for her art.
This tribute to the work of Suicide and Alan Vega is all the more legitimate as it is carried with enthusiasm and despair by two beings possessed and totally inhabited by the demons Rev and Vega.
In the turntables before and after the show, we will find the infamous Beau Bluff aka Pascal Descamps (Forest Sessions) to intoxicate us with his dubious mixes drawn from the confines of his abyssal discography. c

Marc Hurtado et son frère se sont faits connaître par leur duo expérimental-indus, Étant Donnés (référence à Marcel Duchamp) et avaient invité Alan Vega sur l’album Re-Up en 1999. Ils s’étaient également retrouvés sur scène au Centre Pompidou de Paris avec Christophe (le chanteur) en 2004. Hurtado est à la base du concept de Nouvelle Musique Électronique, ayant travaillé avec Lydia LUNCH, Gabi Delgado (D.A.F) et Michael Gira (Swans), il ne pouvait pas manquer de croiser le chemin d'Alan Vega et enfanter l'infernal album "Sniper" paru sur le Son du Maquis en 2010.
Lydia Lunch a croisé la route d’Alan Vega et de Martin Rev dès la fin des années 70 à son arrivée à New York à l’âge de 16 ans. Elle a joué avec eux sur scène et sur « Frankie Teardrop » de Suicide et elle a participé à l’album "Sniper" d’Alan Vega et Marc Hurtado en 2010. Insatiable, elle a travaillé avec Nick Cave, William Burroughs ou Virginie Despentes risquant de perdre la vie des dizaines de fois pour son art.
Cet hommage à l’œuvre de Suicide et Alan Vega est d'autant plus légitime qu'il est porté avec fougue et désespoir par deux êtres possédés et totalement habités par les démons Rev et Vega.
Aux platines avant et après le show, nous retrouverons l’infâme Beau Bluff aka Pascal Descamps (Forest Sessions) pour nous enivrer de ses mixs douteux puisés aux confins de sa discographie abyssale.c

Marc Hurtado en zijn broer werden bekend door hun experimenteel instrumenteel duo, Étant Donnés (verwijzing naar Marcel Duchamp) en hadden Alan Vega uitgenodigd op het album Re-up in 1999. Ze hadden elkaar ook op het podium ontmoet in het Centre Pompidou in Parijs met Christophe (de zanger) in 2004. Hurtado ligt aan de basis van het concept van nieuwe elektronische muziek, na te hebben gewerkt met Lydia LUNCH, Gabi Delgado (D.A.F) en Michael Gira (Swans), kon hij niet nalaten het pad van Alan Vega over te steken en het helse album "Sniper" te baren dat in 2010 op The Sound of the Maquis verscheen.
Lydia lunch stak eind jaren '70 het pad over met Alan Vega en Martin Rev toen ze op 16-jarige leeftijd in New York aankwam. Ze speelde met hen op het podium en op «Frankie Teardrop» van Suicide en ze nam deel aan het album "Sniper" van Alan Vega en Marc Hurtado in 2010. Onverzadigbaar werkte ze met Nick Cave, William Burroughs of Virginie Despentes, die hun leven tientallen keren riskeerden voor haar kunst
Dit eerbetoon aan het werk van Suicide en Alan Vega is des te meer legitiem omdat het met enthousiasme en wanhoop wordt gedragen door twee wezens die bezeten en volledig bewoond zijn door de demonen Rev en Vega.
In de draaitafels voor en na de show vinden we de beruchte Beau Bluff aka Pascal Descamps (Forest Sessions) om ons te bedwelmen met zijn dubieuze mixen uit de grenzen van zijn abyssal discografie. c
