Do you know the socio-estheticians? They are the fairies of modern times: they make manicures for residents of emergency shelters, make up elderly ladies in Ehpad, shave hair before chemotherapy. In short, they embellish, heal, repair and restore their dignity to mutilated, fragile, aged or sick bodies. Digging the furrow of a theatre committed and anchored in reality, Margaux Eskenazi (Et le cœur fume encore, 1983) and Sigrid Carré-Lecoindre highlight these hands of the shadow. Composed from their testimonies, this show intertwines romance and fiction, singing and humor. Fleeing all pathos, he ties the intimate and the collective, in a great moment of humanity.
