Spread the filling with brown sugar and butter, close the waffle, you just have to enjoy this delicious monument of our culinary heritage!
Our brown sugar waffles are made according to a traditional recipe from our region. They were once offered to celebrate the New Year.
For the Heritage Days, the Musée du Terroir is open for free on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 September from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The Musée du Terroir traces the rural and domestic life of the inhabitants of northern France at the beginning of the 20th century.
In the typical setting of an old farm with a square courtyard, the Musée du Terroir allows you to dive into everyday life in the twentieth century and also to discover the tools and practices of craftsmen of yesteryear such as blacksmith or saddler. With more than 5,000 objects, the museum is the ideal place for transmission between generations.

By road: A22 then N227, exit "Pont de Bois", then follow Annappes/ Mairie d'Annappes. Metro: Stop "Pont de Bois", then bus 34 or 13, stop Annappes-République
