On Friday, July 24, 2026, the Maison des Genêts is organizing a big neighborhood party.
As part of Nos Quartiers d'été, the Maison des Genêts invites you to participate in Genêts en fête, on Friday, July 24, from 1:30 pm to 11 pm, at the Résidence, place de Verdun.
This great neighborhood festival will bring together residents, families and visitors around a multitude of activities, moments of sharing and discoveries. Throughout the day, generations will cross paths in a warm and festive atmosphere, conducive to encounters and conviviality.
Between memory of the neighborhood, creative activities, games for children, shared meal and dance evening, everyone will find something to enjoy this day under the sign of living together.
On the agenda
Discover the history of the neighborhood
A photographic exhibition will make it possible to plunge back into the history of the neighborhoods, to rediscover their evolution and to share memories and anecdotes around the local memory.
Imagining the neighborhood of tomorrow
Young and old alike will be able to participate in the "Imagine your neighborhood" model workshop, a creative and participatory time to reflect together on tomorrow’s living spaces and express their ideas through the construction of models.

Participate in a free lottery on the theme of environment and sustainable development, mixing awareness and entertainment.

To close the day, place to party with a dance evening in a guinguette atmosphere, conducive to relaxation, music and conviviality.

La Maison des Genêts en fête
Vendredi 24 juillet 2026, la Maison des Genêts organise une grande fête de quartier.
Dans le cadre de Nos Quartiers d’été, la Maison des Genêts vous invite à participer à Genêts en fête, le vendredi 24 juillet, de 13h30 à 23h, à la Résidence, place de Verdun.
Cette grande fête de quartier rassemblera habitants, familles et visiteurs autour d’une multitude d’animations, de moments de partage et de découvertes. Tout au long de la journée, les générations se croiseront dans une ambiance chaleureuse et festive, propice aux rencontres et à la convivialité.
Entre mémoire du quartier, activités créatives, jeux pour les enfants, repas partagé et soirée dansante, chacun trouvera de quoi profiter pleinement de cette journée placée sous le signe du vivre-ensemble.
Au programme
Découvrir l’histoire du quartier
Une exposition photographique permettra de replonger dans l’histoire des quartiers, de redécouvrir leur évolution et de partager souvenirs et anecdotes autour de la mémoire locale.
Imaginer le quartier de demain
Petits et grands pourront participer à l’atelier maquette « Imagine ton quartier », un temps créatif et participatif pour réfléchir ensemble aux espaces de vie de demain et exprimer ses idées à travers la construction de maquettes.
Animations familiales
Tout au long de l’après-midi :
- Jeux gonflables
- Activités ludiques pour les enfants
- Animations intergénérationnelles
- Moments de rencontre et de partage
- Loto écolo
Participez à un loto gratuit sur le thème de l’environnement et du développement durable, mêlant sensibilisation et divertissement.

En fin d’après-midi, un barbecue permettra de prolonger les échanges autour d’un moment gourmand et chaleureux.
Soirée guinguette
Pour clôturer la journée, place à la fête avec une soirée dansante dans une ambiance guinguette, propice à la détente, à la musique et à la convivialité.

Vrijdag 24 juli 2026 organiseert het Maison des Genets een groot buurtfeest.
Als onderdeel van onze zomerverblijven nodigt het Maison des Genets u uit om deel te nemen aan Genets en viering, vrijdag 24 juli, van 13:30 tot 23:00, in de residentie, place de Verdun.
Dit geweldige buurtfestival brengt bewoners, families en bezoekers samen rond een veelheid aan animaties, momenten van delen en ontdekkingen. De hele dag komen generaties samen in een warme en feestelijke sfeer, die bevorderlijk is voor ontmoetingen en gezelligheid.
Tussen de herinnering aan de buurt, creatieve activiteiten, spelletjes voor kinderen, gedeelde maaltijd en dansavond, zal iedereen iets vinden om volledig te genieten van deze dag geplaatst onder het teken van samenleven.

Met een fototentoonstelling kunt u terugduiken in de geschiedenis van de wijken, hun evolutie herontdekken en herinneringen en anekdotes delen rond het lokale geheugen.
Stel je de buurt van morgen voor
Jong en oud zullen kunnen deelnemen aan de modelworkshop "Stel je buurt voor", een creatieve en participatieve tijd om samen na te denken over de leefruimten van morgen en uw ideeën te uiten door middel van de bouw van modellen.
Entertainment voor het hele gezin
