C’est à Atlanta qu’a débuté l’aventure d’Arrested Development au début des 90’s. Son hip-hop conscient et engagé a traversé les décennies. Entremêlant rap, soul et influences africaines, le groupe a propagé son Southern hip hop aux ondes positives dès 1992 avec 3 Years, 5 Months and 2 Days in the Life Of…. Identité, paix et justice sociale sont au cœur d’un ouvrage aux touches parfois jazz ou funk. Grooves et intentions coexistent là naturellement.
