The pupils of 5th of the Middle school Carnot of Lille take over tales of One thousand and one Nights a review of which they propose, framed(supervised) by the Lab of stories(trouble).
The Lab of stories(trouble) is an association law 1901 which proposes free writing workshops to the young people of less than 25 years. He wishes (Re) to give taste to write the largest number, in a play and creative way. Chloé Penet, participant(speaker) in the Lab of stories(trouble) Hauts-de-France, led a series of workshops(studios) with the pupils of the middle school Carnot, to Lille. It is the return(restoration) of this work which is proposed to the public.

They do not come swim any more in the former school of swimming of Tourcoing. It is from now on an immersion in the cultures of the Arab world that waits for the visitor and it from its entrance hall repainted in the colours of Alhambra and presenting a Moroccan monumental chandelier(luster). Folklore stops there since it is with a subject(words) more contemporary than the visit with exhibition(exposure) Arabic Le Monde in the mirror of arts is pursued. Articulated(Uttered) around modern and contemporary works of the fund(collection) of the museum of IMA, old(former) rooms(parts,plays) of the Louvre museum and Orientalist paintings(cloths) of the museum Eugene Delacroix, exhibition(exposure) shows the diversity of the Arab world of an Arabic point of view against idée reçue and fantasies. It is besides the total subject(words) of project there.
IMA-TOURCOING indeed aims to be a place of historic and current knowledge of the cultures of the Arab world, of exchange and of dialogue around these in an open laic(secular) executive(frame) to all. by adopting(accepting) the same recipes(receipts) which built the fame of the Parisian "headquarters", IMA-TOURCOING proposes a rich and various programme planning(programming) of living shows, of conferences, educational actions(shares) without staying however confined(quartered) in its walls. Because what makes of IMA-TOURCOING an experience(experiment), unique(only) in France, it is his(its) regional DNA and the bridges(decks) for that it tries to build between the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France and the Arab world. The singularity of project domiciles(resides) in a strong regional rooting which passes by numerous partnerships with the cultural, associative actors of Hauts-de-France. IMA-TOURCOING promotes, makes concrete and brings its know-how to many initiatives which emanate from a space enriched by immigration in particular of Mediterranean countries.
