At Club Zaghareed, we gather around the practice and transmission of youyou. The clubs are run by experienced women who have developed a unique method to promote heritage in an intercultural context and pay particular attention to the stories surrounding youyous. Youyou is an age-old practice that impresses and inspires. Women express their joy and other emotions with an acute “scream”. It’s a contagious sound that encourages everyone to participate.

Au Club Zaghareed, on se réunit autour de la pratique et la transmission du youyou. Les clubs sont dirigés par des femmes expérimentées qui ont développé une méthode unique pour promouvoir le patrimoine dans un contexte interculturel et qui portent une attention particulière aux récits entourant les youyous. Le youyou est une pratique séculaire qui impressionne et inspire. Les femmes expriment leur joie et d’autres émotions avec un « cri » aigu. C’est un son contagieux qui encourage tout le monde à participer.

Bij Club Zaghareed verzamelen we ons rond de praktijk en transmissie van youyou. De clubs worden gerund door ervaren vrouwen die een unieke methode hebben ontwikkeld om erfgoed te promoten in een interculturele context en bijzondere aandacht besteden aan de verhalen rond jongeren. Youyou is een eeuwenoude praktijk die indruk maakt en inspireert. Vrouwen uiten hun vreugde en andere emoties met een scherpe "schreeuw". Het is een aanstekelijk geluid dat iedereen aanmoedigt om mee te doen.
