The urban renewal of the district reaches a new stage after several years dedicated to the rehabilitation of rental housing. Indeed, the development of outdoor spaces has begun, giving pride of place to gentle traffic, vegetation and games. And the "Kalon" operation (ARCAU workshop) is about to come to an end; This 41-unit residence with shops and a future neighborhood house, organized around its forecourt, should be the link between the neighborhood and the city.
