Anlässlich der Nationalen Architekturtage 2025 öffnen wir ausnahmsweise die Türen einer Baustelle im Herzen von Lille.
Es handelt sich um ein Haus aus dem späten 18. Jahrhundert, das derzeit komplett renoviert wird.
Das in mehreren Phasen durchgeführte Projekt verfolgt ein zweifaches Ziel:
Restaurierung und Aufwertung der vorhandenen Materialien (Holzverkleidungen, Fußböden, alte Dekorationen);
Zeitgemäßer Komfort unter Berücksichtigung des historischen Charakters der Räumlichkeiten.
Die Besichtigung wird von den für das Projekt verantwortlichen Architekten geleitet. Sie können dort einige bereits umgebaute Räume entdecken, die noch in ihrem ursprünglichen Zustand sind, und die Gestaltungsentscheidungen verstehen, die diese Metamorphose leiten.
Ein besonderer Moment, um hinter die Kulissen einer Baustelle zu treten und einen Dialog über das Erbe, die Architektur und die Lebenskunst zu führen.

On the occasion of the National Days of Architecture 2025, we exceptionally open the doors of a construction site in the heart of Lille.
It is a family house dating from the end of the 18th century, currently undergoing complete renovation.
The project, carried out in several phases, has a double objective:
restore and enhance the existing materials (woodwork, floors, old decorations);
to offer contemporary comfort while respecting the historic character of the place.
The visit will be led by the architects in charge of the project. You will be able to discover some spaces already transformed, browse those still in their original state and understand the design choices that guide this metamorphosis.
A privileged moment to go behind the scenes of a construction site and dialogue around heritage, architecture and lifestyle.

In occasione delle Giornate Nazionali dell'Architettura 2025, apriamo eccezionalmente le porte di un cantiere nel cuore di Lille.
Si tratta di una casa di famiglia risalente alla fine del XVIII secolo, attualmente in fase di ristrutturazione completa.
Il progetto, condotto in diverse fasi, persegue un duplice obiettivo:
restaurare e valorizzare i materiali esistenti (boiserie, pavimenti, decori antichi);
offrire un comfort contemporaneo nel rispetto del carattere storico dei luoghi.
La visita sarà animata dagli architetti responsabili del progetto. Potrete scoprire alcuni spazi già trasformati, percorrere quelli ancora nel loro stato originale e comprendere le scelte progettuali che guidano questa metamorfosi.
Un momento privilegiato per entrare nel dietro le quinte di un cantiere e dialogare sul patrimonio, sull'architettura e sull'arte di vivere.

À l’occasion des Journées Nationales de l’Architecture 2025, nous ouvrons exceptionnellement les portes d’un chantier en plein cœur de Lille.
Il s’agit d’une maison de famille datant de la fin du XVIIIe siècle, actuellement en cours de rénovation complète.
Le projet, mené en plusieurs phases, poursuit un double objectif :
- restaurer et valoriser les matériaux existants (boiseries, planchers, décors anciens) ;
- offrir un confort contemporain dans le respect du caractère historique des lieux.
La visite sera animée par les architectes en charge du projet. Vous pourrez y découvrir certains espaces déjà transformés, parcourir ceux encore dans leur état d’origine et comprendre les choix de conception qui guident cette métamorphose.
Un moment privilégié pour entrer dans les coulisses d’un chantier et dialoguer autour du patrimoine, de l’architecture et de l’art de vivre.

Con motivo de las Jornadas Nacionales de la Arquitectura 2025, abrimos excepcionalmente las puertas de una obra en pleno corazón de Lille.
Se trata de una casa familiar que data de finales del siglo XVIII, actualmente en proceso de renovación completa.
El proyecto, que se lleva a cabo en varias fases, tiene un doble objetivo:
restaurar y valorizar los materiales existentes (boiseries, planchas, decoraciones antiguas);
ofrecer un confort contemporáneo respetando el carácter histórico de los lugares.
La visita será animada por los arquitectos encargados del proyecto. Podrás descubrir algunos espacios ya transformados, recorrer los que aún están en su estado original y comprender las opciones de diseño que guían esta metamorfosis.
Un momento privilegiado para entrar en los bastidores de una obra y dialogar sobre el patrimonio, la arquitectura y el arte de vivir.
