Die CAUE de l'Ain bietet in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Architektenverband von Ain einen Hausbesuch mit Erläuterungen von Lobox Architects an. Projekt von Lobox Architekten entworfen.
Ziel war es, ein modernes und umweltfreundliches Zuhause zu schaffen, das in einem Viertel mit spektakulärem Blick auf den Genfer See und den Mont Blanc liegt, während die verfügbare Fläche optimal genutzt wird und nachhaltige, umweltfreundliche Lösungen integriert werden. Die Hauptaufgabe der Kunden war es, die Sicht zu maximieren und große flexible Volumen in Kontakt mit den Außenräumen zu projizieren. Diese Wünsche standen jedoch vor komplexen Herausforderungen, wie der Achtung der Rechte der Nachbarn, der Neigung des Geländes und der Bewirtschaftung eines Kellers mit reichlich Grundwasser. Die architektonische Lösung bestand darin, das Haus im höchsten Teil des Grundstücks im Norden zu installieren, um das natürliche Licht auf der Südseite zu genießen und Ausblicke zu bieten und gleichzeitig die Privatsphäre der Ost- und Westfassade zu gewährleisten.

The CAUE de l'Ain, in association with the Association des Architectes de l'Ain, offers a visit of a house with the explanations of Lobox Architects. Project designed by Lobox architects.
The objective was to create a modern and eco-friendly home, located in an area with spectacular views of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, while optimizing the use of available space and integrating sustainable solutions respecting the environment. The main premise of the clients was to maximize the view and project large flexible volumes in contact with outdoor spaces. However, these wishes have had to face complex challenges, such as respect for the rights of sight of neighbors, inclination of the land and management of a subsoil characterized by abundant groundwater. The architectural solution was to locate the house in the highest part of the plot, to the north, to enjoy the natural light on the south side and offer views while guaranteeing the privacy of the east and west facades.

Il CAUE del'Ain, in collaborazione con l'Associazione degli Architetti dell'Ain, propone una visita di una casa con le spiegazioni di Lobox Architects. Progetto progettato da architetti Lobox.
L'obiettivo era quello di creare un'abitazione moderna ed eco-responsabile, situata in una zona con viste spettacolari sul Lago di Ginevra e sul Monte Bianco, ottimizzando al contempo l'utilizzo dello spazio disponibile e integrando soluzioni sostenibili nel rispetto dell'ambiente. La premessa principale dei clienti era quella di massimizzare la vista e proiettare grandi volumi flessibili a contatto con gli spazi esterni. Tuttavia, tali aspirazioni hanno dovuto affrontare sfide complesse, come il rispetto dei diritti di vista dei vicini, l'inclinazione del terreno e la gestione di un sottosuolo caratterizzato da abbondanti acque sotterranee. La soluzione architettonica è stata quella di impiantare la casa nella parte più alta della trama, a nord, per godere della luce naturale sul lato sud e offrire viste garantendo allo stesso tempo la privacy delle facciate est e ovest.

Le CAUE de l’Ain, en association avec l’Association des Architectes de l’Ain, propose une visite d’une maison avec les explications de Lobox Architectes.
Projet conçu par Lobox architectes.
L’objectif était de créer une habitation moderne et Éco-responsable, implantée dans un quartier offrant des vues spectaculaires sur le lac Léman et le Mont Blanc, tout en optimisant l’utilisation de l’espace disponible et en intégrant des solutions durables respectant l’environnement.
La prémisse principale des clients était de maximiser la vue et de projeter de grands volumes flexibles en contact avec les espaces extérieurs. Toutefois, ces souhaits ont dû relever des défis complexes, tels que le respect des droits de vue des voisins, l’inclination du terrain et la gestion d’un sous-sol caractérisé par des eaux souterraines abondantes.
La solution architecturale a consisté à implanter la maison dans la partie la plus haute de la parcelle, au nord, pour profiter de la lumière naturelle côté sud et offrir des vues tout en garantissant l’intimité des façades est et ouest.

El CAUE de l'Ain, en asociación con la Asociación de Arquitectos del Ain, ofrece una visita a una casa con las explicaciones de Lobox Architects. Proyecto diseñado por arquitectos Lobox.
El objetivo era crear una vivienda moderna y ecológica, ubicada en un barrio que ofrece espectaculares vistas del lago de Ginebra y del Mont Blanc, optimizando al mismo tiempo la utilización del espacio disponible e integrando soluciones sostenibles respetuosas con el medio ambiente. La premisa principal de los clientes era maximizar la vista y proyectar grandes volúmenes flexibles en contacto con los espacios exteriores. Sin embargo, estos deseos han tenido que hacer frente a retos complejos, como el respeto de los derechos de los vecinos, la inclinación del terreno y la gestión de un subsuelo caracterizado por unas aguas subterráneas abundantes. La solución arquitectónica consistió en implantar la casa en la parte más alta de la parcela, al norte, para disfrutar de la luz natural del lado sur y ofrecer vistas garantizando la intimidad de las fachadas este y oeste.
