Sie befinden sich hier auf 850 Metern Höhe, gegenüber der Kette der zentralen Pyrenäen, was Galey das Attribut «Balkon über den Pyrenäen» einbringt. Der Bau der Kapelle geht auf die Regierungszeit Ludwigs XIII. zurück, wie das Datum 1640 auf dem Sturz des Chorfensters zeigt.

Die Kapelle hat einen niedrigen Glockenturm mit einer einzigen Glocke, die von außen betätigt wird.
Die Veranda wurde später hinzugefügt. Die Voliges der Veranda sind mit Gemälden mit molligen Engeln geschmückt. Diese Gemälde aus dem 17. Jahrhundert sind klassifiziert. Sie scheinen von einer Kassettendecke zu stammen.
An den Seiten der Votivgaben und über dem Eingang der Kapelle befindet sich eine Statue der Gottesmutter aus dem 19. Jahrhundert.

Das Altarbild mit seinen zwei Säulen, Giebel und Herrlichkeit umrahmt einen Kreuzabstieg, dessen Original aus dem 17. Jahrhundert (unter Denkmalschutz) seit seiner Restaurierung in der Kirche St. Peter zu sehen ist.

You are here at 850 meters altitude, facing the chain of the Central Pyrenees, which is worth to Galey the attribute of «balcony on the Pyrenees». The construction of the chapel dates back to the reign of Louis XIII as shown by the date of 1640 inscribed on the lintel of the choir window.
- Outside:
The chapel has a low-rise bell tower with a single bell that is operated from the outside.
The porch was later added. The porch wings are decorated with paintings of chubby cherubs. These 17th century paintings are classified. They seem to come from a coffered ceiling.
On the sides of the ex-voto and above the entrance to the chapel a statue of Our Lady of Piety from the 19th century.

The altarpiece with its two columns, pediment and glory frames a descent of cross of which the original dated from the seventeenth century (classified) is visible to the church Saint-Pierre since its restoration.

Siete qui a 850 metri di altitudine, di fronte alla catena dei Pirenei centrali, il che vale a Galey l'attributo di «balcone sui Pirenei». La costruzione della cappella risale al regno di Luigi XIII, come mostra la data del 1640 scritta sull'architrave della finestra del coro.
- Fuori da quella porta:
La cappella possiede un campanile-parete di bassa altezza con una sola campana che si aziona dall'esterno.
Il portico è stato aggiunto successivamente. Le volute del portico sono decorate con dipinti raffiguranti angioletti paffuti. Questi dipinti datati del XVII secolo sono classificati. Sembrano provenire da un soffitto a cassettoni.
Ai lati degli ex-voto e sopra l'ingresso della cappella una statua della Madonna di Pietà del XIX secolo.

⛪ Une visite à la chapelle du calvaire
Édifiée au XVIIème siècle sous le règne de Louis XIII, la chapelle porte la date de 1640 gravée sur le linteau de la fenêtre du chœur.
À l’extérieur :
- Un clocher-mur de faible hauteur avec une seule cloche, actionnée depuis l’extérieur
- Un porche ajouté postérieurement, dont les voliges peintes du XVIIᵉ siècle représentent de jolis angelots joufflus. Ces peintures, classées au titre des Monuments historiques, proviendraient d’un ancien plafond à caissons
- Sur les côtés : ex-voto et statue de Notre-Dame de Piété (XIXᵉ siècle), au-dessus de l’entrée
À l’intérieur :
- Un remarquable devant d’autel en cuir de Cordoue du XVIIᵉ siècle, également classé
- Un retable encadrant la copie d’une Descente de Croix, dont l’original du XVIIᵉ siècle classé est conservé dans l’église paroissiale Saint-Pierre
Une petite chapelle à l’histoire riche et aux détails patrimoniaux précieux, à ne pas manquer lors de votre passage à Galey.

Usted está aquí a 850 metros de altitud, frente a la cadena de los Pirineos centrales, lo que vale a Galey el atributo de «balcón sobre los Pirineos». La construcción de la capilla se remonta al reinado de Luis XIII como lo muestra la fecha de 1640 inscrita en el dintel de la ventana del coro.
- En el exterior:
La capilla tiene un campanario-pared de baja altura con una sola campana que se acciona desde el exterior.
El porche se añadió posteriormente. Los alerones del porche están decorados con pinturas que representan querubines gordos. Estas pinturas del siglo XVII están clasificadas. Parecen provenir de un artesonado.
A los lados de los exvotos y por encima de la entrada de la capilla una estatua de Nuestra Señora de la Piedad del siglo XIX.
- En el interior:
Usted descubrirá un altar de cuero de Corea del siglo XVII (clasificado).
El retablo con sus dos columnas, frontón y gloria enmarca un descenso de cruz cuyo original fechado en el siglo XVII (clasificado) es visible en la iglesia de San Pedro desde su restauración.
