Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, ihm seine Funktion als Wohnraum zurückzugeben und gleichzeitig das Know-how im Zusammenhang mit dem alten Gebäude sowie die Lösungen zur Anpassung an moderne Nutzungen und Bedürfnisse zu fördern.

Come and discover the Ostal Panessac, in the heart of the medieval district of Graulhet. This timber-framed house is currently being rehabilitated by the Regional Eco-construction Association of Southwest (ARESO).
The project aims to restore its function as a dwelling while enhancing the know-how related to old buildings and solutions for adapting them to contemporary uses and needs.
