A photo exhibition of the convent will take you on a journey through 200 years of history.

Hospitality, spirituality, accommodation and training… since 1833, Gramat and Rocamadour have been the “cradle” of the Congregation of the Sisters of Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire, places of life and healing for the Sisters of France, South America, Africa and Asia.
It is in this high place of pilgrimage, spirituality and culture that women in the nineteenth century decided to put themselves at the service of people in difficulty, children and youth through education.
Today, in a spirit of openness and the development of new projects, the sites of Gramat and Rocamadour are now animated by sisters and lay people in the association «Le Grand Couvent» with the opening of a hotel-restaurant.
Large real estate and agricultural complex located on a height bordering the city of Gramat. The religious estate extends over 9 hectares entirely fenced on the principle of the monastic enclosure, including a large meadow, a arboretum, an orchard of fruit trees and a garden of aromatic plants.
