Discover the wines of the appellation through a commented tasting highlighting the characteristics of each wine and the specificities of the different terroirs that make up its production area.
This meeting will also be an opportunity to better understand the history of the appellation, its geographical location, its terroir as well as the climatic influences that shape the vineyard, notably the role of the main air currents on the quality of the grapes. The major steps that have marked its evolution and recognition will also be presented.
Between sensory discovery and transmission of knowledge, this tasting will allow you to appreciate all the richness and diversity of the wines of the appellation, while deepening your understanding of the links between the terroir, climate and characteristics of wines.
