Entdecken Sie die Funktionsweise eines Industriestandorts, der seit mehreren Jahrzehnten in Labruguière angesiedelt ist. Diese außergewöhnliche Führung ermöglicht es Ihnen zu verstehen, wie Holz in Faserplatten umgewandelt wird, während Sie die Geschichte des Unternehmens und seine Entwicklung im Herzen der Region nachverfolgen.
Der Rundgang beginnt mit einer freien Ausstellung alter und zeitgenössischer Fotografien, die sich der Geschichte des Unternehmens, der Entwicklung des Standorts und den Herstellungsprozessen widmet.
Eine etwa 30-minütige Präsentation ermöglicht es anschließend, das Unternehmen, seine Produkte, die Holzindustrie und seine territoriale Verankerung kennenzulernen.
Der Besuch wird etwa eine Stunde lang im Zentrum des Produktionsstandorts fortgesetzt. Sie werden die wichtigsten Schritte der Herstellung von Faserplatten, die Schneidvorgänge sowie die Verwertung der Nebenprodukte kennenlernen.
Am Ende des Kurses wird ein Austausch mit den Teams angeboten.
Die gesamte Besuchsdauer beträgt zwischen 1,5 und 1,5 Stunden.
Anmeldung erforderlich, sofern pro Zeitfenster Plätze verfügbar sind. Der Besuch wird überwacht und die persönliche Schutzausrüstung wird vom Unternehmen bereitgestellt. Das Tragen von geschlossenen Schuhen ist verpflichtend.
Einige Produktionsbereiche können einen hohen Geräuschpegel oder eine höhere Temperatur aufweisen. Die Strecke besteht auch aus mehreren Treppen. Die Besucher werden gebeten, diese Einschränkungen zu berücksichtigen, um sicherzustellen, dass der Besuch an ihre körperliche Verfassung angepasst ist.
Aufgrund der Konfiguration des Geländes ist die Strecke für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zugänglich.

Discover the operation of an industrial site located in Labruguière for several decades. This exceptional guided tour will allow you to understand how wood is transformed into fibreboard, while retracing the history of the company and its evolution in the heart of the territory.
The tour begins with a free exhibition of old and contemporary photographs devoted to the history of the company, the evolution of the site and the manufacturing processes.
A presentation of about 30 minutes will then allow to discover the company, its products, the wood industry and its territorial anchoring.
The visit will continue at the heart of the production site for about 1 hour. You will discover the main steps of manufacturing fibreboard, cutting operations as well as the valuation of co-products.
A time for discussion with the teams will be offered at the end of the course.
The total duration of the visit is between 1h30 and 1h45.
Mandatory registration, subject to availability by slot. The visit is supervised and personal protective equipment is provided by the company. Wearing closed shoes is mandatory.
Some production areas may have a high noise level or a higher temperature. The course also has several stairs. Visitors are invited to take these constraints into account in order to ensure that the visit is adapted to their physical condition.
Due to the configuration of the site, the course is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Scopri il funzionamento di un sito industriale situato a Labruguière da diversi decenni. Questa eccezionale visita guidata vi permetterà di capire come il legno viene trasformato in pannelli di fibra, ripercorrendo la storia dell'azienda e la sua evoluzione nel cuore del territorio.
Il percorso inizia con una mostra libera di fotografie antiche e contemporanee dedicate alla storia dell'azienda, all'evoluzione del sito e ai processi produttivi.
Una presentazione di circa 30 minuti permetterà poi di scoprire l'azienda, i suoi prodotti, la filiera del legno e il suo ancoraggio territoriale.
La visita proseguirà nel cuore del sito di produzione per circa 1 ora. Scoprirete le principali fasi di fabbricazione dei pannelli in fibra, le operazioni di taglio e la valorizzazione dei co-prodotti.
Al termine del percorso sarà proposto un tempo di scambio con le squadre.
La durata totale della visita è compresa tra 1h30 e 1h45.
Iscrizione obbligatoria, entro i limiti dei posti disponibili per fascia oraria. La visita è supervisionata e le attrezzature di protezione individuale sono fornite dall'azienda. È obbligatorio l'uso di scarpe chiuse.
Alcune aree di produzione possono presentare un livello sonoro elevato o una temperatura più elevata. Il percorso comprende anche diverse scale. I visitatori sono invitati a prendere in considerazione questi vincoli per assicurarsi che la visita sia adatta alla loro condizione fisica.

Descubra el funcionamiento de una planta industrial ubicada en Labruguière desde hace varias décadas. Esta excepcional visita guiada le permitirá comprender cómo se transforma la madera en paneles de fibra, al tiempo que recorre la historia de la empresa y su evolución en el corazón del territorio.
El recorrido comienza con una exposición libre de fotografías antiguas y contemporáneas dedicadas a la historia de la empresa, a la evolución del emplazamiento y a los procesos de fabricación.
Una presentación de unos 30 minutos permitirá descubrir la empresa, sus productos, el sector maderero y su anclaje territorial.
La visita continuará en el corazón de la planta de producción durante aproximadamente 1 hora. Descubrirá las principales etapas de fabricación de los paneles de fibras, las operaciones de corte y la valorización de los coproductos.
Se ofrecerá un tiempo de intercambio con los equipos al final del curso.
La duración total de la visita es entre 1h30 y 1h45.
Inscripción obligatoria, dentro del límite de las plazas disponibles por franja horaria. La visita está supervisada y el equipo de protección personal es proporcionado por la empresa. Es obligatorio llevar calzado cerrado.
