Die Eigentümerfamilie, die seit 1791 auf dem Gelände präsent ist, wird die ungewöhnliche und historische Geschichte der Mühle teilen.
Eine von Anne Sagne vorgeschlagene Ausstellung mit dem Titel "Die Kunst, Pflanzen in Kunstwerke zu verwandeln" wird den Besuch vervollständigen.
